Monte Rivora is a premium menswear brand based in India, operating through our website. All orders are subject to these terms and any applicable laws of India. For UAE customers, international shipping terms apply.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (INR for India, AED for UAE)
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

3. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (India only). All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs (UAE)
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• For UAE shipments, import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. The following are non-returnable:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt
• Customised or personalised items

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and artwork — is the property of Monte Rivora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monte Rivora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activity or impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
