We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@monterivora.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Rupay, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and work with PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never store your card details on our servers.

Within India: 3–5 business days. UAE: 5–8 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. We dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over ₹4,999 within India. Below that threshold, standard shipping is ₹99. For UAE, shipping is free on orders above AED 200; otherwise AED 25.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log into your account and view order status under "My Orders".

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Sale items and customised pieces are non-returnable.

Email us at hello@monterivora.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup (India only) or guide you on how to send it back. Please keep the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Yes, subject to availability. Please note your preferred size in the return request and we'll do our best to accommodate. Alternatively, we'll issue a refund and you can place a new order.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, shoulder, and length measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying — lay flat or hang to dry in shade. Iron on medium heat inside out. Cotton-Modal and Cotton-Tencel blends are particularly gentle; a short cool cycle is ideal.

Our collection uses three signature fabrics: Cotton-Modal (60/40 blend — ultra-soft with natural drape), Cotton-Tencel (50/50 blend — temperature-regulating and silky), and Pure Belgian Linen (summer edit — breathable and textured). Each fabric is certified and sustainably sourced.

Our fabrics are dyed using reactive dyes that are colourfast and fade-resistant. Following care instructions (cold wash, no bleach, dry in shade) will maintain the richness of colour wash after wash.
